In collaboration with the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) and the İzmir Provincial Directorate of National Education, we have initiated the Butchery School project. Through this project, we provide training and employment opportunities for young individuals who are neither in education nor employment (NEET), preparing them to become Meat Processing and Counter Assistants. In the first year of BORSAV Butchery School, 25 young individuals complete a 360-hour training program and become professionals in the field.
